At IUHS , we know that one pathway to medical education IS NOT the only single way. That is why we have developed a robust but somewhat flexible individualised approach with our delivery mechanism.

Step 1

Fund of Knowledge

Exit 1 Examination

Once you PASS the required Exams and proven your knowledge. You will be able to proceed to the STEP 1 exam

If you do not pass the Challenge Exams you will have to re sit each non qualifying exam at nominal fee.  

Step 3

Once you PASS your make up exams you will be cleared by the academic committee to proceed to the final step.

You will now be allowed to gain sponsorship for STEP 1 and once you pass, continue clerkships.
